After 20 years in the dental field, I earned my Master’s degree in counseling in my early forties after a life altering battle with breast cancer. It was at that time that I decided I wanted to dedicate the remainder of my professional career to better serving the mental health needs of others. I focus on health not illness and strive to provide interventions that can be utilized at any time. Today I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in FLorida and still maintain my previous licensures in the dental field.
I am a 10 year breast cancer survivor and live my life to the very fullest every day, taking nothing for granted, and the single mother of adult triplets! My own life challenges and overall successes have been essential to my personal growth and development, and I am passionate about sharing what I have learned along the way with my clients.
