Jeffrey Burda, Psy.D
Feel free to call me today: 860-258-4171
Hi, I’m Jeffrey Burda. I never set out to become a psychotherapist. Like many in this profession, my own path of healing has compelled me to work with others. I am now grateful to be able to use my personal experiences and clinical training to help people who are suffering. I know that being a therapist was what I was meant to do, and I feel privileged to be a part of my clients’ journeys. As a therapist, it is important for me to honestly “practice what I preach” – to “walk the walk” in my own life. This puts me in a position to provide the best care for clients. Nature, reading, art, music, meditation, and family and friends are just some of the ways I rejuvenate and recharge.
