Need help with emotional regulation, relationships, and resilience?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy has been proven effective in helping people gain more control over their own behavior. With an emphasis on changing what you can and accepting what you can’t, these skills also provides a set of skills. Emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness are the four categories of skills in this highly respected approach developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan.

WHHC therapist Trish Cunningham is a trained facilitator of DBT skills for groups and will hold sessions online for groups of four, beginning April 6th. Find three friends or join a group of individuals working on self- management during this stressful time in the world. Groups will last for a series of six sessions, with the ability to sign up for additional series of sessions.

Three times are available: Mondays at 12 noon and Wednesday’s at 10 am and 5 pm. Cost is $300 for six sessions, payable in advance.
