Life’s path can be challenging, at times, and it can be difficult to navigate your journey alone. When you’re confronted with complications in your relationships, work, or just life in general, asking for help takes some courage, but it can also be life changing. Having someone whom you can speak with in confidence, who is willing to listen and not judge you can be essential for getting you back on track.
Whether you’re struggling with the immediate moment, past experience, or future concerns, reframing your thoughts and feelings can bring a sense of comfort, supporting you on your path toward healing and greater fulfillment. Since you may have gotten stuck in the way you see the world and in defining your experience, it may not be easy for you to break those habits of thought or change those patterns of feelings.
Therapy can help you better navigate these obstacles and challenges. It provides you with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your situation, while providing you with tools to shift and grow socially and emotionally. Therapy is a place where you can learn to better cope with your circumstances and life experience, as well as start the healing process.
My role is to meet you where you are and walk with you on this path toward healing. Together, we can explore what has you feeling stuck or overwhelmed and find ways for you to meet your challenges. Whether I work with you individually, or help you explore ways to better communicate and find greater fulfillment in your relationship, I am eager to help you sort through the messiness of life and support you in finding a little bit of order in what you may feel is chaos.
If you’re a parent, I also work with school-aged children, tweens, teens and emerging adults to help them sort through their own difficulties. Growing up can be challenging and often stressful. Sometimes, you may find your child needs support that extends beyond immediate family. I’m here to help you with that.
If you, you and your partner, or your child is struggling, feel free to reach out to me, and I would be happy to discuss how we can work together to help you find peace, comfort and to live the life you deserve.
