Jessica Radcliff, LPC, As a trained therapist within multiple modalities, I strive to support those that are searching for an empathetic and compassionate provider. I have worked with people struggling with a vast amount of complex trauma and love to be a part of their healing process. I look to provide a safe space to teach how to manage through difficulty, while helping guide you through your healing.
I have experience working within multiple programs, and with a variety of ages and backgrounds including LGBTQ+, Military, as well as within a variety of cultural and religious backgrounds and can provide individual therapy to adults, family therapy, and couples’ therapy. I am a true believer in taking care of yourself holistically and will work to support your health by encouraging care in all aspects of the mind, body, and emotional parts of yourself.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work to incorporate mindfulness and encourage daily self-care techniques for comfort and soothing. I believe in a strengths-based approach to help you utilize what already works as well as what you find meaningful and important to help build upon these skills and aspects of yourself to further your resilience and strength.
I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
