The thought of seeking help may be uncomfortable and challenging. I believe that the support and guidance of a therapist who values culturally sensitive care can provide a safe and inclusive space for healing and growth.
My practice is built on the foundation of cultural humility by having a deep understanding of the complex and unique challenges expressed in cultures and providing collaborative aspects of advocacy. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship where you can feel seen and understood. My goal is to understand the struggles you are facing and help you develop a sense of empowerment in navigating life’s challenges.
I have experience working with college students, adults, LGBTQIA+, and Latino/Hispanic communities dealing with anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, grief and loss, intergenerational trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in holistic treatment that enhances the connection of mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I utilize a variety of therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness. However, I am committed to tailoring the treatment to meet individual needs and goals.
If you feel ready to take the next step in therapy, I invite you to reach out to me to learn more about how we can work together to start your wellness journey.
