It’s so easy to get stuck in the cycle of just trying to make it through the day. Especially when life feels like a never-ending pattern of stress from family, work, personal relationships, and the relentless pressure to achieve happiness and life satisfaction. We want to put on a brave face for the world to see, and men especially have been taught to bury their feelings and power through tough times. This has left so many men feeling stressed, alone, misunderstood, and with nobody to talk with. The truth is that we are all fighting our own internal battles, and you should not have to go through it alone. Therapy is truly a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential setting, free of judgment or criticism. As a licensed therapist, my specialty is partnering with male clients who seek a relaxed atmosphere to gain support in addressing their current challenges. I also specialize in working with female clients who may be more comfortable with a male therapist. My training and expertise involves empowering clients who experience struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. There’s no single model in therapy that works for everyone, so I will tailor my approach to meet your needs through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness based practices. Together we can help replace old patterns of thought and behavior which no longer serve you, and improve your overall wellbeing and life satisfaction.
