If you’re successful on the outside but privately carrying anxiety, self-doubt, or the weight of unresolved experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I work with entrepreneurs, therapists, business owners, creatives, athletes and recovering perfectionists who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, overperforming, or never feeling “enough.” I support individuals navigating anxiety, complex trauma, recovery from disordered eating, and struggles with body image and self-esteem.
Our work goes deeper than symptom management. Using a relational, body-centered approach that integrates somatic awareness and parts work, we focus on understanding, shifting and healing the root unconscious patterns driving distress.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the pressure to perform.
