I am a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in working with teens, young adults, and adults, particularly around issues of life transitions, identity, and values. I have expertise in LGBTQ+ issues, depression (inc. chronic and severe), anxiety, trauma, and communication issues. I will never judge you for your darkness and will reflect your light back at you until you see it. I am passionate about helping you understand what is going on in your brain and the world so you don’t think you are broken. I believe you are the expert on your own life and we will work together to figure out what approach to therapy will meet your needs.
I am passionate about helping you feel empowered and engaged in your life, both now and in the future. My approach is open-minded, honest, collaborative, trauma-informed, identity-affirming, neurodivergence-affirming, & strengths-based. I will help you explore and challenge your beliefs, build skills, and help you name your values to define wellness for YOU.
I will use humor and curiosity to help you find your own voice, identify meaning in your story, and trust yourself and your decisions. My mission in life is to hold an unconditionally supportive space for the outcasts, oddballs, black sheep, weird kids, nerds, geeks, queer, neurodivergent, and the bullied of the world. You are my people & I want to know you!
