Compassionate Therapy for Growth and Healing
As a therapist, my priority is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore and heal. With over 25 years of experience as a clinician and school psychologist, I specialize in helping clients navigate challenging periods and life transitions, fostering growth and well-being.
I support individuals dealing with a range of issues, including:
- Difficult-to-treat depression
- Trauma and PTSD
- Anxiety and stress management
- Substance use and addiction
- Life transitions
- Family and relationship challenges
- Educational and social-emotional support for children
My integrative, relationship-centered approach incorporates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll create a collaborative space to address both familiar and new concerns, while building skills with insight, authenticity, and even a touch of humor.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey of healing and personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
