Empowering Therapy for Healing and Growth

With a background as a former educator, I bring a unique approach to help you uncover your inner strength and wisdom. I adapt each session to fit your individual needs, whether you’re managing mood-related symptoms, navigating complicated situations, or seeking support in eating disorder recovery. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation of skills to help you achieve your goals.

My sessions are relaxed, open, and affirming, especially for those in the LGBTQ+ community. I encourage you to “come as you are”; true progress happens when you feel comfortable being yourself. I incorporate my personality and humor into our work, collaborating to set realistic goals that promote healing and peace. Remember, “progress is not linear”—every step counts, no matter how small!

I specialize in eating disorders and am passionate about combating diet culture. Since 2020, I’ve worked across various levels of care (PHP, IOP, outpatient) with all eating disorder diagnoses. My goal is to equip you with practical skills for easing anxiety, relieving depressive symptoms, and finding balance in life.

I also support educators facing unique challenges, helping you nurture your identity beyond the classroom to prevent burnout. If you’re ready to embark on your journey toward balance and acceptance, please reach out to schedule a consultation. I can’t wait to meet you!
