Transformational Art Therapy for Personal Growth

As an art therapist, I am dedicated to helping you build healthier relationships with yourself. I create a safe, collaborative space for you to explore all aspects of your identity, utilizing mindfulness to foster a grounded, peaceful, and joyful existence.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, military/veteran counseling, and art therapy techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

I believe in the healing power of creating art as a way to explore and process difficult emotions. Art therapy allows for judgment-free expression, helping you release emotional wounds and embrace the present moment. Compassion, empathy, and humor are at the heart of my therapeutic approach.

I am passionate about providing a safe and expressive space for the LGBTQIA+ community and specialize in working with adults facing complex trauma. Together, we will care for all parts of yourself, even those you may fear, to facilitate true healing and growth. I look forward to helping you discover your most authentic path in life.
