There are moments in life when we all feel stuck or caught in a loop. During those times, it’s likely your go-to strategies for “getting by” no longer provide the comfort they used to. In my personal and professional experience, these moments are actually signals that we’re ready for change and personal growth. If you’re reading this, then it’s likely you’re ready to take steps towards real, lasting change. My focus is centered on meeting you where you are, without judgment, and walking with you as you move towards your intended destination. Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, or something you can’t quite name yet, I can assist you in getting unstuck and moving forward with clarity and confidence. Together, we can address the challenging parts of your journey and create a space for you to grow, heal, and achieve meaningful change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals. I have experience treating: anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and relational conflict. I also have experience treating issues related to identity, boundaries, social skills, phases of life/transitions, and interpersonal communication. Additionally, I have worked in residential, outpatient, and in-home settings over the years, and these experiences have reaffirmed my belief that there is always more to a client than their presenting concerns, and incorporating those parts into treatment can inspire hope needed for change. My therapeutic approach is primarily collaborative, which means I genuinely believe clients are the experts of their story and it is our teamwork that creates change. My clinical interventions are influenced by the following therapy modalities: Structural Family Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
