Position Details

Full-Time: Minimum of 25 client hours per week

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) in the State of CT, or an active provisional license (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFTA) in the State of CT
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered therapy in a collaborative and holistic setting
• Aligned with our core values (see below) and passionate about joining a positive work community
• A desire to work in a supportive, anti-oppressive environment and contribute to our mission of healing through health and wellness

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking clinicians who are:

• Passionate about client care and committed to providing therapy that prioritizes health, wellness, and secure attachment
• Dedicated to personal and professional growth, continuously seeking self-awareness and emotional maturity
• Strong communicators with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in working with children, couples, or eating disorders (preferred but not required)
