I am a social worker who is dedicated in protecting all clients’ self-determination, best interests, and their self-determined goals. I also find it important to have difficult conversations, and allow space for all clients to find themselves in an environment where they are able to grow and thrive.

I strive to support clients that are 17+ impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief and loss, body image concerns, the LGBTQIA+ community, career counseling, attachment issues, major life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and those on the autism spectrum. Being impacted by what happens in our lives is expected. I think that we can all find ways to adapt to our lives, and use our strength and resilience to move forward. I take a strengths-based approach, utilizing modalities such as solution-focused therapy, narrative approaches, mindfulness training, CBT, and DBT. Some topics that might come up in a session with me include interpersonal and communication skills, boundary setting, various coping skills, analyzing triggers and warning signs to build self-awareness, identifying and challenging automatic negative thoughts that influence mental health symptoms, and the list goes on! My role is to find what resonates with you and build upon that to find the best approach for each person I work with.
I am here to aid, support, and guide you toward your goals and your path of recovery. I provide a warm, safe, and relaxed environment where you can explore the deepest parts of yourself. Part of building this space is creating trust and an alliance with each other to create the space that feels the most useful of your time and energy. Together, we can work toward achieving your goals and move closer towards recovery. I believe that a good therapeutic relationship consists of building trust, and I will be honored to be part of your journey.
Thank you all for your time and support!
