West Hartford Holistic Counseling Center provides counseling and therapy services in the West Hartford area. Following are our rates and insurance coverage information for our services.

Insurance Coverage
Please check your insurance coverage carefully. Some services may be covered in full and some in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You, the client, will be responsible for any remaining balances on your account that are unpaid by your insurance company.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may be available. Please call for more information.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
